The FBI/DOJ is aware that MoneyGram was the victim of a cyber incident starting on or about September 20, 2024. This incident is likely to have impacted several of MoneyGram's subpoena intake and response email accounts, and there is the potential for the associated data to be in the possession of cyber-criminal actor(s).

The FBI's National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF) has been designated to receive and process Requests for Information (RFIs) from U.S. Government partners about this breach. To assist the NCIJTF in completing this request promptly, please answer the following questions:
